We are delighted to have been awarded the “Gütesiegel für Betriebliche Gesundheit” for the years 2021 to 2023! For the second time, Sony DADC has been awarded this seal of approval.
The “Gütesiegel” is the highest Austrian award for exemplary and sustainable investments to increase the health of employees. The goal is not one-off actions, but long-term and sustainable measures under the aspect of health promotion.

Work-Life-Balance:
The improvement of WLB was declared a company goal, a first step was the adaptation of working hours in shift operations.
Insta-Help:
Anonymous counselling – phone calls to a psychologist directly via the Insta app.
Workplace evaluation of psychological stress:
Workshop with occupational psychologist.
Back2work-Workshop:
Home office: the challenges and also the new competences were worked out in a workshop.
One Fit Sony:
Health promotion programme with special focus on nutrition (healthy snack, discounted vegetarian food) and exercise.
Building measures:
In addition to the redesign of the office areas, outdoor rest areas with sun awnings and a roof terrace for the employees were built.
