We are delighted to have been awarded the Seal of Workplace Health Promotion – BGF for the third consecutive time.
This award underscores our ongoing commitment to the well-being of our employees.
We see the creation of a healthy, positive working environment as our social obligation and therefore attach great importance to workplace health promotion. Under the motto “Leading the Balanced Way!”, a wide range of measures are implemented to promote physical and mental health. Articles on the intranet and information screens as well as various courses, such as our health days with topics like pain therapy, dietary changes, and mental health, contribute to the transfer of knowledge around health.
