More
Your start at Sony DADC

We attach high value to the proper training of our new colleagues. To assure that you feel well cared for right from the start, we implemented the following steps into our induction process:

  • On the first day, a member of our Human Resources department will welcome you and provide you with the most important information concerning your start in the company as well as with a welcome package.
  • At a factory tour, you will get to know the different areas and departments of the company.
  • During the first period, we will put emphasis on regular feedback conversations with your superior.
  • In addition to that, we offer a wide range of trainings as well as various initiatives within our One Fit Sony DADC programme, to get to know your colleagues better.

To make sure that you always find a person to address to – in addition to your colleagues – in the early days, we put a team of specially trained mentors in place.

Our Mentoring programme is not restricted to new colleagues. All colleagues may reach out and benefit from our Mentoring programme e.g. in case of a promotion or if support is needed for a special project or challenge.

With these measures, we are trying our best to make your start at Sony DADC structured, transparent and as pleasant as possible for you.
