On 27th July, this year’s Salzburg pupils holiday programme concluded with an event, highlighting the engagement of the young girls and boys with a certificate.
As already back in 2017, Sony DADC in Austria again took the chance and participated in the Salzburg pupils holiday programme Smart Summer. The programme, which took place for the 5th time this year, targets at creating awareness of the wide variance of technology and IT companies in the Salzburg area.
It gives young girls and boys from the ages of 12 to 16 years the opportunity to visit those companies and get inspired for their possible future careers.
On 26th July, thirty of the participating pupils visited our site in Thalgau near Salzburg to gain insights into our business, processes and solutions. They built robot bugs and explored our replication and printing at a tour through our clean room.
The pupils all showed high levels of interest and were impressed by the technology and precision. They enjoyed getting an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes of Sony DADC.
