Back office Administrator/Receptionist

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for Time & Attendance system set-up/data entry/upload/attendance checking/corrections.
  • You will maintain and develop T&A databases, T&A analyses and reports.
  • You will take care of admin support to attendance system and its users.
  • You will maintain and develop related HR databases, analyses and reports.
  • You will communicate to IT and to T&A system provider.
  • You will maintain effective communication with other departments within Sony DADC, internal customers’ support.
  • You will be responsible for shared service office and reception in BC Avalon (daily flexible shift).
  • You will ensure administrative support to managers.
  • You will be responsible for services to visitors (order taxi, hotels…).
