What will you do?
- You will have a day-to-day contact with dedicated key foreign customer representatives.
- You will be the first point of contact for them (for the distribution topics) to discuss their needs, wishes, priority/ order amendment requests and claims.
- You will take care of all their needs and requirements.
- You will administer every aspect of the customer account (maintain client files, maintain and develop reports, process customer complaints, check sales invoices, issue credit/debit notes).
- As you will be located directly on site, in our new distribution center, you will have a possibility to see and touch the product and to meet operation team directly.
- It is not only office work, it is much more complex position in very close touch with the production, distribution – you will also go to the shop floor frequently.

What do we expect from you?
- Common computer skills (MS Office – especially Excel, MS Outlook).
- Excellent German and English and good Czech needed.
- Ability to work constructively under stress and pressure.
- Ability to cooperate effectively and proactively with all involved parties.
- Experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Back Office or Customer Services and Order Processing experience are beneficial.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
- Good time management, excellent communication skills.
