Customer Requirements for RAD Returns

• Only one (Customer Part #) per carton and/or skid.
• Product should be returned on skid size 42x42 or original skid.
• Product should be returned in original packaging and/or cartons.
• Single disc samples (up to 30-count carton) may be returned Fed-X directly to the project coordinator. Original packaging and carton should be utilized whenever possible. Product must be secured to prevent damage.
• Opened cartons must be closed and re-taped. Loose product (ex: bulk), must be packaged (wrapped) to prevent damage.
• All returned skids must be wrapped (if available).
• Place RAD number on packing slip & ID Placard w/RAD number on skid.
• Include copy of packing slip (if available) with returned product.
• Returned quantities should be documented on the Packslip (this should be no more than the original quantity). #
