Our mission as OEM supplier to Life Sciences and IVD companies globally is to enable the development, mass manufacturing and supply of smart consumables.

Services range from design for manufacturing to prototyping, up-scaling and mass manufacturing, content filling and packaging to global logistics, including cash collection.

Key technologies applied are lithographic as well as micro-millling technologies for mastering of micro-features such as channels, microwells, micropillars, plating, high precision optical injection molding, state-of-the art automized bonding and lamination of microfluidics chips, electrode printing on polymers, surface coating techniques, automized assembly as well as reagent filling, assembly and packaging. Our manufacturing operation in Salzburg is certified against ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.

Some of our products on the market today include a consumable chip for Caliper Life Sciences’ recently launched Lab Chip XT platform, MALDI-MS slides for Shimadzu Life Sciences as well as a number of other smart consumables developed with leading life sciences and IVD companies.
