Sony DADC offers to handle the complete returns management in order to fulfil a seamless supply chain.
Besides the logistic part of returns management, Sony DADC also offers to handle the refurbishment in-house and assures that all returned goods are brought to a saleable condition or follow a pre-defined disposition rule.
The returns handling capabilities are available on a local level within our Sony DADC distribution facilities as well as on a centralised level within our service facilities.
