Quality is built into all Sony DADC business operations. As a full service provider of solutions and technologies, Sony DADC operates a globally harmonized quality management system which is based on ISO 9001:2000 standards.
This system covers all digital and physical product realization processes which are controlled by Key Performance Indicators. It is fully integrated and comprises all raw material and component suppliers as well as transport operations.
Our continuous focus on meeting and exceeding customer requirements, and continuous improvement in our product and service provision is enabled by Sony Six Sigma improvement projects and controlled by a corrective action/preventive action system in order to maximize quality and service standards within all of our operations.
So how do we define quality at Sony DADC? Quite simply, it means that customers can rest assured that they will receive what was ordered, complete, defect-free, in time, at market competitive prices, and without any security issues.
